1. Services Provided

Diamond Dream Escape operates as a luxury travel consultant offering trip planning and booking services. Bookings are fulfilled through Fareconnect, a licensed travel agency.

2. Booking Process

Upon completing a travel consultation, clients will receive a customised itinerary and proposal. All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Payments are made directly to suppliers unless otherwise agreed.

3. Consultation and Service Fees

Diamond Dream Escape may charge a non-refundable consultation or planning fee depending on the complexity of your trip. This fee will be communicated upfront and must be paid before planning begins.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Clients are responsible for reviewing supplier terms regarding payments, cancellations, and changes. Fareconnect charges a standard $50 CAD per passenger cancellation fee. Additional supplier penalties may apply.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events. Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding their coverage.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Diamond Dream Escape acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of any third party.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate travel information, reviewing documentation, and meeting all entry and visa requirements.

8. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to maintain the proposed itinerary, changes may be necessary due to availability, weather, or supplier circumstances. We will always aim to provide equivalent alternatives.
